Youth Discipleship
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others? Do you have a heart for serving and a desire to share the transformative message of the Bible? Join us in an incredible opportunity to serve refugee youth through our Wednesday night Bible discipleship program!
All volunteers are REQUIRED to complete a volunteer application to serve at the Northwest Community Center. We REQUIRE all adults to have a cleared background check. Minors are REQUIRED to submit a reference before they can serve. NO WALK-UPS permitted without a current background check on file.
About the program:
Our Bible discipleship course is designed to provide refugee youth with a strong foundation in faith, while also offering support, mentorship, and guidance as they navigate life in a new country. Through engaging lessons, meaningful discussions, and interactive activities, we aim to empower these young individuals to grow spiritually and personally.
Why volunteer?
Volunteering with refugee youth in our Bible discipleship course offers a chance to make a real difference in their lives. By investing your time, energy, and passion, you can provide much-needed support and encouragement to these young individuals. The teenage years are full of questions about faith and life and as a small group leader, you have the privilege to share how God has worked in your life and journey with youth in the Christian walk. Your presence and guidance can help shape their futures and inspire them to embrace their faith with confidence and joy.
